Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. You will oversee multiple campaigns and projects, responsible for meeting (and ideally exceeding) the client's business success metrics and strengthening our relationships with the client team.

We work in a fast-paced, digital-first environment where you have the flexibility to work remotely as well as in-person. Our team specializes in all stages of a campaign's lifecycle, including strategic planning, audience and market research, go-to-market planning, paid media planning and buying, creative concepting and design, web development, photography, video production, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for senior clients on the projects that you manage
  • Translate clients' goals and needs into internal project briefs
  • Lead cross-functional projects, communicating and collaborating with internal and external team members across different departments to deliver assets on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy
  • Assist in the development of brand and digital marketing strategies to meet clients' business objectives
  • Continuously evaluate project performance and overall account health, as well as identifying new opportunities
  • Manage and mentor Marketing Assistant(s), helping them develop project management and client management skills
  • Manage project budgets and timelines
  • Provide internal and external project status updates
  • Oversee client presentations and recap reports

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience at an agency or on a marketing team
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong writing, presenting, negotiating, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexities and stay solutions-oriented
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Ability to build and grow relationships with clients
  • Experience working with and/or directly managing 3rd party partners such as Production Companies
  • On the pulse of consumer, media, and cultural trends to help keep our work relevant and impactful
  • Strong understanding of the consumer electronics industry
  • Well-versed and comfortable working in Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana
