This role is responsible for overseeing the claims prevention initiatives and activities within a designated geographical area.
It involves providing training and educational resources to partners to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulates and executes comprehensive strategies and procedures for claims prevention.
- Identifies and assesses risks and weaknesses in the claims handling processes.
- Manages resources effectively to ensure smooth operations and prevent backlogs.
- Investigates claims and exceptions to determine root causes and implements corrective measures.
- Analyzes data to uncover trends that guide preventive actions.
- Acts as a subject matter expert on claims prevention, offering guidance and support to partners.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish key performance indicators.
- Conducts audits and evaluations of periodic claims at terminals.
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, business administration, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in claims or operational support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
