This role is essential for developing key metric analyses, creating insightful presentations with actionable recommendations, and generating comprehensive reports. The position also involves engaging in preparatory discussions with agencies and internal departments to ensure effective executive governance meetings.

Strong organizational skills, data analysis proficiency, and strategic thinking are critical for success in this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, collaborate across various divisions, and deliver clear, impactful presentations to Marketing leadership.

A deep understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs is vital—not only to assess past performance but also to comprehend the underlying factors driving trends, enabling informed recommendations for future business goals.

  • Key Responsibilities

Marketing Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with the marketing team to track media investments, Share of Search, and digital KPIs against sales targets. Analyze monthly pacing of Marketing KPIs in relation to sales objectives for review during executive meetings.

Establish monthly KPI targets within the 'Demand Flow' document in conjunction with internal marketing stakeholders and GSMG.

Marketing Performance Analysis: Partner with PLM, Sales, Incentives, and IUS to identify potential markets based on sales trends, Share of Search, and dealer inventory. Provide insights to key marketing team members for implementation support and visibility across the enterprise.

PM2 & KPDs/MTP Development: Work closely with marketing team members, IUS, HMNA, and GSMG to develop materials and evaluate them for strategic rationale in successful executive updates and presentations.

Budget Planning Assistance: Collaborate with the marketing financial management team and leadership to review budgets that support brand and sales plans.

Governance Support: Provide OCM assistance by working with the marketing team/IUS to create monthly presentations for governance meetings.

PRM Support: Collaborate with the marketing team/IUS to develop monthly presentations for governance meetings. Generate derivative information/slides for various meetings and conduct analyses to identify sales conversion opportunities.

Engage with the IUS Data Science team and external vendors for comprehensive business, strategic, and tactical planning. Act as the primary liaison for Genesis Motor marketing and trade associations.

Authority: Responsible for signature authority on expense reports and time-off requests of direct reports. Expected to assist in identifying and resolving issues within the organization. Conduct hiring interviews, make recommendations, and extend approved offers. Provide guidance and support to direct reports on performance and goal alignment.

Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 5 years in marketing data analytics. Supervisory experience of three or more years is preferred.

Skills/Knowledge: Exceptional analytical capabilities using both quantitative and qualitative data to develop a comprehensive understanding of the brand, target customers, advertising effectiveness, and experiential activities. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence various management levels. Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with basic budget and accounting functions. Effective time management and computer skills. Ability to efficiently manage teams and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements: Typical office duties with minimal travel (0% - 25%).

Compensation: $137,000 - $203,000 annually
