Position Overview
The Senior Group Manager of Genesis Owner Marketing & Digital Operations is responsible for spearheading the creation and implementation of marketing strategies tailored for Genesis owners, alongside the development of digital service tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing parts sales and elevating customer satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives for safety recalls and service campaign completions, ensuring high service valet objectives.
- Create educational content to foster owner engagement with the Genesis brand.
- Drive the growth of the Genesis Connected Services vehicle population through targeted marketing and promotional strategies focused on safety and renewals.
- Implement a comprehensive decision-making and reporting platform to streamline business processes across departments.
Digital Strategy Management
- Oversee the content strategy for MyGenesis and Genesis Tier 1 sites, focusing on aftersales services.
- Standardize digital service tools, including online scheduling and technician video walk-arounds, to enhance customer experience.
- Establish reporting mechanisms to support key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital services.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work collaboratively across the Genesis division to maximize program impact and efficiency in owner marketing and digital operations.
- Provide clear reporting on program KPIs, budget management, and expenses to ensure transparency and accountability.
Employee Development
- Mentor and develop direct reports, providing training and coaching to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Qualifications
- A minimum of ten years of relevant experience, with at least three years in automotive parts or service marketing.
- Proven supervisory experience, preferably in a fast-paced OEM environment.
Skills and Knowledge
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Travel Requirements
- Minimal travel expected (0% - 25%).
Work Model
- Hybrid model (80% onsite, 20% remote).
