About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Genesis Motor. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead marketing performance updates, including tracking media investment, Share of Search, and digital KPIs against monthly sales objectives.
  • Lead the development of marketing performance trackers, identifying opportunity markets based on trending sales/share, Share of Search, and dealer stock/inventory pipeline.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing stakeholders and GSMG to develop materials and review for strategic rationale for successful executive updates/presentations.
  • Support budget planning and review with marketing financial management team and marketing leadership team to ensure alignment with brand/sales plans.
  • Develop analysis that identifies sales conversion opportunities and work with IUS Data Science team and external vendors to implement solutions.
  • Lead contact for HMA marketing and trade associations, identifying latest trends in marketing/technology for adoption and application to optimize marketing investments.
  • Provide leadership and development of business, strategic, and tactical planning, and make hiring recommendations and extend approved hiring offers.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years related marketing experience.
  • At least 5 years of marketing data analytic experience.
  • Three or more years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills, use of quantitative and qualitative data to create a broad, dynamic view of the brand, target customer(s), advertising effectiveness, website, and experiential activities.
  • Effective knowledge of automotive strategy and market research activities.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence a wide range of management levels, both inside and outside of HMA.
  • Proven interpersonal, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with basic budget and accounting functions.
  • Thorough computer skills and effective time management skills.
