We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Product Performance and Revenue to join our team at Hyundai Motor America. This is a critical role that will play a key part in driving our company's success by aligning our product and sales strategies with our mid-term profit commitment.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Lead the development of short-term and long-term product strategies from a consolidated profitability perspective.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance across our entire Hyundai portfolio after launch and make recommendations to maximize profit improvement opportunities across model lines.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Serve as the voice of Americas SR's product teams and advise PDO leadership on all product performance matters and manufacturing plants to meet product planning and sales targets.
- Education: High school graduate; Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus.
- Experience: Eight or more years of professional experience in an automotive manufacturer or distributor with direct product responsibilities (planning, marketing, and/or sales); Minimum five years of supervisory experience desired; Cross-functional team management experience required.
- Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficiency; Good organizational and data mining skills; Effective communication skills; Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; Ability to simplify complex issues and develop compelling points of view.
- Competitive Compensation: $107,154,000.00 Annual
