Position Overview
The Senior Group Manager for Genesis Owner Marketing & Digital Operations is pivotal in shaping and implementing the marketing strategy aimed at Genesis owners while enhancing digital service tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to boost parts sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives for safety recalls and service campaign completions, ensuring high standards of service.
- Create engaging owner education content to foster deeper connections with the Genesis brand.
- Drive the growth of the Genesis Connected Services user base through innovative marketing and promotional strategies focused on safety and subscription renewals.

Digital Strategy Implementation
- Establish a comprehensive decision-making and reporting framework to streamline operations and enhance customer interactions.
- Oversee the content strategy for MyGenesis and Genesis Tier 1 sites, ensuring alignment with aftersales objectives.
- Standardize digital service tools, including online scheduling and technician video walk-arounds, to improve customer experience.

Collaboration and Reporting
- Work closely with various divisions within Genesis to maximize program efficiency and impact.
- Provide clear and concise reporting on program performance metrics, budget management, and expense tracking.

Team Development
- Mentor and develop direct reports, ensuring they meet role expectations and are prepared for future opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of ten years of relevant experience, with at least three years in automotive marketing or service operations.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
