We are looking for an Evening Operations Supervisor to enhance our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the management of service agreements for designated maintenance operations and fostering relationships between City Wide and our Independent Contractors. The successful candidate will be adept at reviewing client agreements to ensure all service expectations are fulfilled.

Working Hours: 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture effective working relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) and in-house staff by clearly communicating client priorities and collaborating to resolve issues.
  • Assess the scope of work and ensure quality assurance to maintain existing contracts and attract new clients.
  • Engage with the Facility Services Manager daily to address urgent matters, including providing a nightly summary via email or phone.
  • Recommend IC work assignments, ensuring adherence to client standards and company protocols, and take necessary actions if service level agreements are not met.
  • Oversee inspections, manage customer feedback, address requests, and ensure VIP clients receive appropriate attention.
  • Implement City Wide's New-Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures, including the proper use of approved cleaning tools and equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience in the commercial cleaning sector.
  • A minimum of 3 years of management experience, including coaching, motivating, and leading teams across multiple locations.
  • Experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in MS Office and internet applications.
Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this position include frequent sitting, bending, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
