VP of Business Development

We're seeking a skilled leader to join our team as Director/VP of Sales, responsible for managing our sales team and developing effective sales processes and strategies to achieve and surpass yearly sales forecasts, gross margin, and profitability objectives.
About Your Role
You'll work closely with the sales team, sister companies, and SIT management to develop and implement effective sales processes and strategies to grow the company organically and/or through acquisition. You'll be responsible for managing the sales budget to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements and recommending strategic changes to sales processes through customer relationship management tools to drive efficiencies into the management of the company's sales team, sales funnel, and project pursuit efforts.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Industrial Distribution) or Business Administration or related field with relevant experience
* 6-8 years of work experience in sales and sales growth strategy
* 4+ years of experience working and growing sales related to complex systems and/or integrated turnkey solutions

Benefits Package
We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
