About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainability Program Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Worldwide Sustainability organization, you will play a critical role in driving our company's sustainability initiatives and reducing our environmental footprint.

As a Senior Sustainability Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supplier sustainability assessment frameworks, carbon scoring models, and supplier performance tracking systems. You will work closely with procurement teams to embed supplier carbon assessments into the supplier evaluation and selection process, and implement systems to track and report on supplier decarbonization progress.

You will also conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with Supply Chain Standards, decarbonization targets, and emissions reporting, while identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, you will investigate the use of AI to automate and scale supplier assessments to support our broader supplier engagement work.
