Senior Associate, Strategic Sourcing

KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement - IT Professional Services to join our Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team. This role focuses on IT Professional Services and supports the firm's internal operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize IT Professional Services procurement, analyzing spending data and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create RFPs and RFQs, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and effective procurement of IT Professional Services.
- Negotiate contract terms with suppliers, defining services, deliverables, and key performance indicators to ensure favorable terms and compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Conduct market and spend data analysis to create financial models, supporting strategic sourcing projects and delivering value to stakeholders.
- Foster effective supplier performance management, providing feedback and encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
- Minimum three years of experience in strategic sourcing, contract reviews, contract negotiations, supplier management, outsourcing, and project management.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; Master's degree preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, project team members, and senior management.
