Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager II to lead major category sourcing initiatives and execute the sourcing mandate for assigned portfolios. This role provides professional and specialized support on a range of complex sourcing initiatives and category portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead major category sourcing initiatives and execute the sourcing mandate for assigned portfolios
- Provide professional and specialized support on a range of complex sourcing initiatives and category portfolios
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities
- Manage and analyze data to inform sourcing decisions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and procurement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and practices
