Job Title: Healthcare IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Project Manager to join our team at Insight Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT projects related to the call center and Salesforce upgrades in a healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify project risks and develop risk management strategies to mitigate them.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure project deliverables are of high quality and meet the requirements of stakeholders.
  • Manage project changes and scope creep, including communication and negotiation with stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and properly stored.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT project management, in a healthcare setting - infrastructure and IT implementation projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience with project management software.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and related regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
