Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all daily construction activities on-site.
  • Ensure the project is progressing according to the approved plans, specifications, and schedule.

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, adjusting as needed to address delays or changes.

Quality Control:

  • Monitor construction work to ensure it meets or exceeds quality standards and specifications.

Safety Management:

  • Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and procedures on-site.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections, Toolbox talks, etc.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Document and track any issues or changes and ensure proper communication and resolution.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Work with the Project Manager to monitor project costs and expenses, ensuring they remain within the allocated budget.
  • Manage on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate any potential cost overruns or budgetary concerns.
