Job Title: Architectural Project Manager, Healthcare

DLR Group, a leading integrated design firm, is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead our Healthcare projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and designers.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Manage project communications, including client updates, progress reports, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 6-15 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years of experience leading architecture and interior design projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional license or registration in New York State.
  • Experience in the Healthcare sector.
