About the Position

This role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and maintaining accurate employee attendance and timesheet records.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree and 2+ years' proven work experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role. They should also possess excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Main Duties
  • Process payroll using the company's payroll software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Review payroll reports for errors, discrepancies, and irregularities, and take appropriate corrective actions.
  • Ensure accurate deductions from employees' paychecks for benefits and maintain updated records.
