Hydrogeologist Expert

We are seeking an experienced Associate Hydrogeologist to support our team in Tacoma, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water rights and hydrogeology, with expertise in managing water rights-related projects and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

The role involves conducting hydrogeological investigations, providing water rights and regulatory compliance expertise, collaborating with project managers and clients, preparing reports and permit applications, performing data analysis and modeling, staying up-to-date on changing regulations, and managing project teams as necessary.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in geological sciences or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hydrogeology supporting water rights projects.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal water rights regulations.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $105,000 - $155,000 based on experience, technical expertise, education, and geographic location.
