Responsibilities

This role is responsible for reviewing, validating, processing, and tracking physician and provider compensation in accordance with established contractual agreements. The successful candidate will serve as a key resource for physician/provider compensation data and contract maintenance.

  • Apply technical expertise with respect to the automated timekeeping system (Kronos), Lawson Payroll system, and HR/Payroll Connect.
  • Prepare approval documents for new providers/renewals and submit to CHIs Medical Group Leadership Council (MGLC) and corporate counsel for review.
  • Audit and identify variances/deficiencies and escalate issues to appropriate parties in accordance with established procedures.
  • Provide physician, financial, and payroll reporting and analysis.
