Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate project activities with various engineering and architectural departments.
- Prepare comprehensive construction drawings and specifications for bidding processes.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to support project coordination and communication.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure quality control throughout project execution.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to guarantee high-quality delivery.
- Engage in business development initiatives to attract new clients.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members to enhance their professional growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC design, with at least 5 years in project management within a consulting environment.
- Proven experience working with government agencies and municipalities is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
