We are in search of a proficient Technical Lead with 10 to 13+ years of extensive experience to become a part of our team as a Project Manager.
This role encompasses the leadership of technical initiatives, supervising development teams, and ensuring the effective delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Steer technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Supervise development teams, offering guidance and support to guarantee high-quality outputs.
- Provide specialized knowledge in Azure Databricks and Databricks Delta Lake to facilitate project success.
- Formulate and enforce best practices for data management and analytics within the Property & Casualty Insurance sector.
- Guarantee data integrity and security across all initiatives, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Track project advancement and modify plans as necessary to achieve deadlines and goals.
- Identify and address potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning methodologies to extract insights from data.
- Promote the adoption of innovative technologies and practices to improve project results.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A master's degree or relevant certifications in data analytics or project management is preferred.
This role is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, contingent on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
