We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team in Thousand Oaks, CA.
Key Responsibilities- Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for multiple stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and mail with exceptional communication skills.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases with high accuracy.
- Provide administrative support for special projects and events.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
