Legal Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the attorney's calendars, coordinate meetings and appointments, and ensure timely travel arrangements.
- Track and schedule Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits, including submitting certificates of completion to the state.
- Organize and maintain accurate records, including scanning documents and saving them to our document management system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering direct lines in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries as needed.
- Draft, proofread, and revise legal documents and other case materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, attorneys, and clients.
- 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, proofreading, and organization skills.
- Ability to prioritize assignments and tasks effectively.
