Job Overview

Client X, a leading boutique law firm, seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support its executives. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and track CLE credits earned.
  • Scan documents and save to the document management system (NetDocs).
  • Track documents for execution and answer direct lines in a timely and polite manner.
  • Coordinate travel and draft, proofread, and revise legal documents and other case material.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, attorneys, and clients.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Above average proficiency in MS Word, Adobe, and MAC OS.
  • Excellent communication, proofreading, and organization skills.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and tasks.
