Responsibilities:

  • Client Greeting and Support: Greet clients and assist them with our wellness services, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Scheduling and Booking: Help clients schedule and book appointments, as well as facilitate the rescheduling and cancellation process.
  • New Client Onboarding: Complete medical waivers and create profiles in our point-of-sale system for new clients.
  • Tours and Sales: Conduct tours of our facility and sell service packages and memberships to clients.
  • Education and Support: Educate clients on our services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
  • Store Operations: Perform opening and closing procedures, and maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and employees.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the Restore Hyper Wellness brand by embodying our core values and acting in alignment with our mission and vision.
  • Team Culture: Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued, and recognized for their contributions.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for Health and Wellness: You are passionate about health and wellness, and have a strong desire to help others achieve their wellness goals.
  • Customer Service Experience: You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
  • Weekend Availability: You are available to work weekends and are not deterred by this.
  • Communication and Collaboration: You possess strong communication and collaboration skills, and are able to work effectively with a team.
  • Education: You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.
