Patient Navigator

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Navigator to join our team at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. The successful candidate will work closely with the Nutrition for Precision Health team to ensure the successful execution of the program.
The Patient Navigator will be responsible for managing interactions with potential participants, recruitment and enrollment, and ensuring that all program activities are managed to the highest quality to ensure safety and effectiveness. The incumbent will also assist in the preparation, editing, and conduct of the program, as well as initiate and maintain regulatory documentation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage interactions with potential participants and recruitment and enrollment
- Ensure program activities are managed to the highest quality to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Assist in the preparation, editing, and conduct of the program
- Initiate and maintain regulatory documentation and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong experience with basic computer skills, including word processing, knowledge of spreadsheet functions, data entry, and web browsing
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree in a related field
- Research or clinical trial experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
