Technical Project Manager

Machinify, Inc. is a leading provider of AI-powered software products that transform healthcare claims and payment operations. Each year, the healthcare industry generates over $200B in claims mispayments, creating incredible waste, friction, and frustration for all participants: patients, providers, and especially payers. Machinify's revolutionary AI-platform has enabled the company to develop and deploy, at light speed, industry-specific products that increase the speed and accuracy of claims processing by orders of magnitude.
Machinify is seeking a seasoned professional to help us coordinate projects, both internal and customer-facing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our software products.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Provide software development project management and cross-functional coordination and communication to deliver outstanding products.
- Business Requirements: Understand business requirements and related context driving the software development to be able to prioritize projects and activities.
- Customer Interface: Interface with partners and customers to drive win-win outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, QA, and Product Managers and Customer-facing teams to get high-quality products and features through the software lifecycle.
- Project Scheduling: Manage project schedules and tracking ensuring cross-functional alignment and achievement of the desired outcomes.
- Gap Identification: Identify gaps and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders, follow-through until resolution.
- Release Management: Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a TPM in a high-tech organization, and a strong track record of facilitating enterprise-level projects.
- Software Delivery: 5+ years of experience in software product delivery.
- Customer Communication: Experience and expertise in customer/partner communication.
- Initiative: Enjoy taking the initiative and owning projects from start to finish.
- Relationship Building: Can build positive relationships based on trust and value delivered.
- Communication: Can communicate effectively and bring strong process, project management, and decision-making/facilitating skills.
- Critical Thinking: Are a critical thinker who can be strategic without losing attention to detail.
The base salary for this position will vary based on an array of factors unique to each candidate, such as qualifications, years and depth of experience, skill set, certifications, etc. The base salary range for this role is $170k-220k. We are hiring for different seniorities, and our Recruiting team will let you know if you qualify for a different role/range. Salary is one component of the total compensation package, which includes meaningful equity, excellent healthcare, flexible time off, and other benefits and perks.
