Client Support Specialist for Government Services

OVERVIEW

In this position, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries from U.S. citizens, offering them guidance on regulations, practices, and protocols. Ideal candidates should possess a strong customer focus along with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Promptly respond to incoming calls while delivering outstanding customer support
  • Adhere to established protocols to ensure accurate call routing
  • Effectively resolve customer questions utilizing strong problem-solving skills
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database
  • Handle calls with professionalism, including those in challenging situations
  • Efficiently manage call duration while upholding quality standards
  • Safeguard confidential information with care and discretion
  • Comply with safety and health guidelines
  • Availability for flexible work hours, including weekends

Compensation: $17.84 per hour for a 40-hour work week

Contract Length: 6 months with potential for extension

Operational Hours: Monday to Friday, with various shift options available

Holiday Compensation: Paid holidays including Christmas Day and New Year's Day

Drug Testing: Completion of a Drug Certification form is required

Additional Notes: Masks are required at all times
