Job Description

**Job Summary**

The Client Support Specialist - Inventory Management is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via various channels. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while delivering outstanding service in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide first-class customer service to clients via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Inform clients about specialized product functionalities and features.
  • Create and resolve inventory support tickets promptly in the company CRM system.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Problem solve SaaS Technical Support issues, including updating databases and data feeds.
  • Work as a team to provide interdepartmental communication and troubleshoot issues with 3rd party vendors.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve problems and improve customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Punctuality, attendance, and accountability in a remote environment.
  • Rotating Saturday schedule and occasional Holiday/Weekend Coverage as requested.
