Client Support Specialist

Magellan Health is seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate contract support and service to assigned clients
- Perform daily operation-specific duties related to products and/or services assigned
- Support the development and maintenance of a strategic business plan that aligns with client program objectives
- Ensure Service Level Agreement performance and document required reporting
- Own internal account satisfaction and satisfaction with each support area
- Develop and maintain multi-level relationships within client organizations
- Communicate and update account service information to internal staff
- Make presentations to enhance the visibility and image of the company
- Support the account management team to ensure performance standards are measurable and realistic
- Manage methodology, reporting, and communications
- Ensure all customer and account-facing services are provided in a consistent and timely fashion
- Resolve or escalate customer service issues in conjunction with operations
- Coordinate with the compliance department on state and federal regulations and customer impact
- Proactively communicate with internal and external contacts
- Demonstrate contract understanding and detailed knowledge of business requirements
- Assist in the coordination with legal to ensure contract compliance
- Support the account management team in defining customer reports and ensuring coordination with the client
- Prepare and support presentations of customer reports with meaningful analytics and recommendations
- Support up-sell and renewal activities across assigned accounts
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Detail-oriented with effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite
