Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange travel accommodations and prepare travel itineraries for senior executives
  • Coordinate travel with clients and others for group travel events
  • Compile travel-related documents as needed
  • Arrange and facilitate meetings, teleconferences, and prepare agendas
  • Provide timely, professional, and accurate status and updates to those supported
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in accordance with policy
  • Coordinate vendor payments with appropriate colleagues
  • Manage calendars for senior executives as identified by manager
  • Compose and keep record of standard correspondence for review
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • 5 years of relevant administrative experience, including arrangement of international travel
  • Cordial, naturally communicative, and professional in all interactions
  • Palpable sense of ownership and reliability
  • Adept with Zoom and Microsoft Teams call and videoconferencing mechanics
  • Experience with Outlook calendar support for executives
