Job Summary

The Senior Administrative Assistant will be an integral member of PepsiCo's Design Innovation Center and team, providing primary administrative support to two Vice Presidents and overall support for the office of over 100 designers located in SOHO, NY. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can anticipate and meet the needs of a dynamic and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the management of managers' outlook calendars, approving or declining meeting requests based on priority and availability.
Collaborate with peer admins and stakeholders to align leadership calendars.
Own the regular and timely preparation and submission of managers' travel and entertainment expense reporting.
Process P-Card/invoice processing as needed, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Arrange meeting logistics in and out of the office and abroad.
Provide auxiliary meeting support to the Design Leadership team as needed, while also supporting other department staff as required.

Requirements

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of executive assistant/admin-related experience, a high school diploma, and a strong ability to interface with all levels of management. Additionally, they will be a strong team player, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and possess a keen sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,700 - $83,550 based on a full-time schedule, with location, confirmed job-related skills, and experience considered in setting the actual starting salary.
