Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Service Desk role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in providing support for hardware and software, including laptops and desktops.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Proficient in the configuration, setup, testing, and troubleshooting of various hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Experienced in installing, testing, and troubleshooting a wide range of software applications, including multi-platform operating systems and third-party software.
  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting support for LAN, WAN, Wireless, Cellular, and Broadband connections.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring completion.
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and accountability in all actions.
  • Familiarity with spyware and virus removal techniques.
  • Skilled in prioritizing and organizing support tickets and emails, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate technical team.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Understanding of ticket management systems.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with Office 365.
  • A+ Certification is a plus.
  • Background in Incident Management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and corporate environments.
  • Experience in supporting mobile devices.

Additionally, experience with Apple products is advantageous.
