  • Take primarily outbound calls to potential students and provide them with information about our campus and programs.
  • Reach out to potential students and connect them with our campus in their area.
  • Set on-campus appointments for potential students.
  • Overcome student objections to drive them to the next step in the admissions process.
  • Create a great first impression for our campus and programs.
  • Drive the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Must have experience with computers and programs.
  • Ability to multi-task between phone and data entry.
  • Ability to be high energy throughout the call.
