Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a Service Desk role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in supporting various hardware and software systems, including laptops and desktops.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service for 2 years.
  • Proficient in configuring, setting up, testing, and troubleshooting a diverse range of hardware, such as desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Experienced in installing, testing, and troubleshooting multiple software applications, including various operating systems and third-party software.
  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting support for LAN, WAN, Wireless, Cellular, and Broadband connections.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and seeing them through to completion.
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and accountability.
  • Familiarity with spyware and virus removal techniques.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize support tickets and emails, directing them to the appropriate technical teams.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Understanding of ticket management systems.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with Office 365.
  • A+ Certification is a plus.
  • Experience in Incident Management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and corporate environments.
  • Experience in supporting mobile devices.

Additionally, experience with Apple products is advantageous.
