Key Responsibilities:
PRIMARY DUTIES
● Build and maintain relationships with clients
● Conduct regular site evaluations (minimum once a month)
● Document and report inspection results
● Address issues within the agreed service level agreement (SLA)
● Perform assessments and estimates for potential clients
● Staff Management:
● Recruit, onboard, and terminate custodial staff
● Provide training for custodial personnel
● Set up new accounts and instruct staff on timekeeping procedures
● Oversee employee attendance and time management
● Adjust daily staffing schedules to ensure optimal coverage
● Process weekly payroll
● Report workplace incidents
● Manage and resolve employee performance challenges
● Communicate staffing changes to HR and Operations
● Be available for emergency situations during off-hours
● Create and manage supply orders
● Submit service requests to the administrative team.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
● Experience in the commercial cleaning sector is advantageous
● Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required
● Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
● Ability to resolve issues and emergencies promptly
● Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
● Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
● Familiarity with administrative and clerical processes
● Proficient in using email, spreadsheets, and relevant software applications.
