Job Overview

As a District Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and leading a team of Custodial Technicians. Your expertise in commercial cleaning operations and ability to multitask will be essential in resolving challenges and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain client relationships
  • Perform regular location inspections and report findings
  • Resolve deficiencies within SLA timeframe
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
  • Conduct weekly payroll and monitor employee time and attendance
  • Address and resolve employee performance issues
  • On-call for emergency situations

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial cleaning industry
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects
  • Customer-focused approach to problem-solving
