Job Opportunity: Assistant Superintendent

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our team at GPAC. As an Assistant Superintendent, you will play a critical role in the success of our construction projects, overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: You will be responsible for managing the construction site, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely and efficiently, and that the site is well-organized and maintained.
  • Team Leadership: You will lead a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Project Coordination: You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Quality Control: You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards, and that any defects or issues are identified and addressed promptly.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to budget.
  • Qualifications: You will hold a relevant qualification in construction management or a related field.
  • Skills: You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
