A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ON-SITE PROJECT ASSISTANT
As an On-Site Project Assistant, you will work closely with supervisors and team members to execute various responsibilities. Your tasks will include site preparation, handling materials, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. By applying your skills, you will help maintain the smooth, efficient, and secure operation of our projects.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical requirements may vary but generally involve working in diverse outdoor conditions, lifting heavy materials, and adhering to safety regulations on-site.
- Willingness to travel as required by project locations
- Able to work in various outdoor settings
- Comfortable performing physical tasks such as kneeling, standing, and lifting
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Must comply with safety regulations and wear appropriate safety gear
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction
- Able to lift heavy equipment
- Successful completion of a drug screening upon hiring
While a high school diploma or familiarity with OSHA regulations is advantageous, it is not required. Experience in interpreting blueprints is a plus. If you possess strong teamwork, communication, organizational skills, and reliability, you may be the right fit for this position.
