Our team is well-versed in a multitude of construction methodologies and possesses decades of practical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in preconstruction planning and project initiation activities.
  • Facilitate and uphold consistent communication regarding project tasks and timelines with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Supervise onsite personnel and coordinate activities with foremen and leads.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations, conducting weekly safety meetings, and performing daily site inspections.
  • Collaborate with project managers to review job costs and accurately monitor labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
  • Manage the receipt of materials, verify inventory, and address any related issues.
  • Complete necessary jobsite documentation, including timecards, daily reports, and equipment tracking.
  • Oversee the job closeout process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in identifying and resolving issues promptly, with strong analytical skills.
  • Capable of managing challenging client interactions and responding to customer needs effectively.
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks and utilizing time efficiently.
  • Consistently meets productivity standards and deadlines.
  • Adaptable to changes in the work environment and able to manage competing demands.
  • Committed to observing safety and security protocols while using equipment and materials appropriately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while also accepting guidance on specific assignments.
