WMS Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced WMS Business Analyst with practical knowledge of Koerber (formerly HighJump) Warehouse Management Systems. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in configuring WMS solutions along with a comprehensive understanding of SQL for database querying.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and enhance warehouse management workflows utilizing Koerber/HighJump WMS.
  • Set up and adjust WMS configurations to align with operational needs.
  • Create and run SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from the WMS database.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to implement system improvements and resolve issues.
  • Offer support and training to end-users regarding WMS functionalities.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience with Koerber or HighJump WMS.
  • Strong technical expertise in WMS configuration and SQL querying.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • This position is well-suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, technically skilled, and enthusiastic about enhancing warehouse operations through advanced WMS solutions.

Location: Jacksonville or Edison NJ

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
