About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Analyst to join our team at Kraton. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and progressive level 3 (L3) support of front-end and back-end infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer public and private cloud technologies.
  • Advanced understanding of networking, including voice traffic management.
  • Deliver professional and efficient infrastructure incident management coordination and services.
  • Respond to and monitor IT system management technical issues.
  • Complete assigned project goals in full and on time.
  • Perform relevant IT research and development activities to support emerging technologies.
  • Provide follow-up, resolution, and closure of L3 ticket management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in business processes/systems analysis.
  • Broad IT knowledge, ideally with an expert focus in a specific technical/functional IT arena.
  • Business knowledge and experience.
  • Proactive analysis of business and technical processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Delivery of recommendations for change and improvements to IT leadership.
  • Identification and application of system solutions to business problems.
  • Experience in migrating and managing Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols.
  • Understanding of private cloud and collocated datacenters.
  • Knowledge of server virtualization technologies.
Education, Certifications & Licenses
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or Computer Science Preferred.
  • Experience and certifications in lieu of degrees will be acceptable.
