Role Overview:
The Human Resource (HR) Generalist will be stationed at our facility and will extend support to associated locations. This role encompasses the daily operations of the HR department, delivering a wide array of services, including but not limited to:
  • Onboarding and recruitment
  • Data management and record-keeping
  • Compliance and regulatory adherence
  • Payroll administration
  • Benefits management
  • Implementation of company policies and procedures

Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • Proficient in managing benefits, compensation, and associated HR initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, including payroll and timekeeping software.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information discreetly.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Proven ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must exhibit respectfulness, approachability, and teamwork while cultivating positive workplace relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, coupled with 2+ years of relevant experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Physical Demands:
This role may require prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, with the ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
