Job Title: IT Support Technician

About the Role

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for all operational aspects of support functions. Effective interpersonal skills matched to strong technical skills are key to this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various hardware and software platforms via phone, web, and in-person channels.
  • Configure and maintain laptops and desktops imaged with Windows 10, 11, and Mac OS, including advanced hardware/software troubleshooting, including Microsoft Apps.
  • Create and maintain effective documentation for both users and technicians to enable recurring tasks to be completed quickly and consistently across the business.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or higher with a minimum two years supporting end-users in person, via phone, and in an enterprise-level corporate IT environment.
  • Experience within Apple and Microsoft enterprise-level corporate environment a must: JAMF, Active Directory, Win10, MS Apps, etc.
