Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second-level technical support for Particle Measuring Systems, software applications, and related hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers as required.
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of IT support processes and procedures.
  • Manage AD users and groups, permissions, and email systems.
  • Support Microsoft 365/Azure environment with emphasis on Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint applications.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure environment.
  • General Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange (On-Premise and Online).
  • General Knowledge of Hypervisor technology (Hyper-V and VMware).
  • Understanding of networking including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Server technologies including Active Directory, File/Folder Permissions, Print Management, Remote Desktop, etc.
  • Experience with cloud-based technology and applications.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong and creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-growing team.
  • Excellent customer service.
