Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Windows laptops, soft-phones, and peripheral devices
  • Install, test, and support peripherals such as scanners and printers
  • Manage user accounts and passwords, and provide password reset assistance
  • Provide multi-factor authentication and basic cyber security guidance
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and best practices

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of experience in a technical support or service center role
  • Experience with Windows 10 and laptop installation, including Windows drivers
  • Experience installing, testing, and supporting peripherals such as scanners and printers
  • Experience with MS Office products such as Teams, Outlook, Office 365 online, and Excel
  • Knowledge of active directory for user credentials management and password reset
  • Knowledge of multi-factor authentication and basic cyber security risks and mitigation
