Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at the Ford-Lincoln Veteran Careers Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing complex repairs and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring that they are returned to our customers in excellent working condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Inspect vehicles to identify potential problems and recommend repairs
  • Work closely with other technicians and service advisors to ensure that vehicles are repaired efficiently and effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and advancements in the automotive industry
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, including drug screening and background investigation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
