Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of service center employees to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Manage inventory, labor, and financial performance of the service center to ensure optimal efficiency and profitability.
  • Mentor and train team members to optimize their development and improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Perform and train others on automotive preventive maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
  • Ensure a clean, well-organized service center and a safe and secure working environment.
  • Provide superior customer service leadership and build trust with customers to drive repeat business.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the quick lube or automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and manage financial data.
  • Knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies and practices.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
