Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and service support for commercial laundry equipment
  • Parts and warehouse support to ensure efficient operations
  • Customer relations and communication to resolve issues promptly
  • Assist in general office administration tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in field service experience in the commercial laundry systems industry or related field
  • Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high standards
  • Ability to develop an understanding of commercial laundry equipment, including frontload washer-extractors, flatwork ironers, dryers, and other related equipment
  • Ability to develop basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic technological aptitude, as well as basic plumbing, gas, and venting knowledge
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and/or wiring and editing existing diagrams
