About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Voya Financial. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain our Windows 2019 server environment, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
  • Manage and troubleshoot network and system issues, including infrastructure, database, and application configuration.
  • Implement and maintain security tools, such as antivirus software and firewalls.
  • Deploy patches and updates to servers, PCs, and other network devices using ManageEngine Desktop Central.
  • Manage access to network resources and services.
  • Document processes and application instructions.
  • Scripting to automate tasks.
Requirements
  • Windows 2019 server administration experience, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
  • Microsoft Azure and Office 365 experience.
  • ManageEngine Desktop Central and Service Desk experience.
  • Synology NAS experience.
  • Cisco switches, Ivanti Pulse Secure, and ForcePoint Next Gen Firewall experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Linux OS experience.
  • SolarWinds ARM, Orion, and Network Performance Monitor experience.

  • Competitive salary range: $90,280 - $112,850 USD.
