Position Summary

The Revenue Cycle Management Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing the complete revenue cycle process, ensuring precise and timely revenue recognition for the organization. This position entails responsibilities such as invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, and collaborating with different departments to enhance revenue operations. The ideal candidate will possess a background in billing or accounts receivable, outstanding analytical abilities, and experience in revenue cycle management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end revenue cycle for a designated group of clients, from invoicing to cash application.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing, collections, and reporting.
  • Generate insightful reports for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance revenue recognition through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless revenue operations.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to foster strong client relationships.
  • Facilitate and participate in conference calls and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, billing, or related financial roles.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and billing software (Sage Intaact preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with SalesForce is advantageous.
